Red Pine 36 is a remodeled, 2,124-square-foot townhome just a short walk from the Canyons Village base area. Every one of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, two of them with steam showers, so a big family or two families can share the house and still have their own space. After skiing, come home to vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a Viking kitchen, or head to the Red Pine clubhouse for a soak in the hot tub and a session in the sauna.

Gather, Cook & Unwind
The main level is open and bright, with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and views of the open space behind the home. The living room has a leather sectional with recliners, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with a Sonos sound bar. A back door opens to the green space. The kitchen has stone counters, a five-burner Viking gas range, a SubZero refrigerator, a Keurig and bar seating for four, and the dining table seats ten. A stacked washer and dryer are on the lower level, and central A/C keeps things comfortable year-round.

Red Pine Clubhouse
The Red Pine clubhouse is open in both winter and summer. On a ski day, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, soak in the outdoor hot tub while the snow falls, or warm up in the indoor hot tub and dry sauna.
In summer the whole community comes alive with two outdoor pools and a wading pool for the little ones, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the dry sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, horseshoes, and shady picnic and play areas.

Clubhouse Hours
Winter (Friday after Thanksgiving to the 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Summer (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day): 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Spring & fall: The clubhouse closes for maintenance from the 2nd weekend of April until the Friday before Memorial Day, and from the day after Labor Day until Thanksgiving. Hours, opening dates and amenities are set by the community and may change.

Location
Walk to the Canyons Village base area for lifts, restaurants and shopping, or hop on the free on-demand shuttle in winter. The Canyons Transit Center is nearby, with free buses to Kimball Junction, Deer Valley and Historic Main Street. The Canyons Golf Course is just down the road for summer rounds.
