It features a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, as well as a TV, washing machine, and private parking. Please leave the accommodation tidy, with dishes washed and trash disposed of, or additional charges will apply.

The included welcome kit provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and soap. Kitchen towels, cloths, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), and detergents are not supplied. This is not a hotel: please bring everything you need that is not listed in the property description.

In Liguria, 500 meters from the sea is often not flat and may involve steep climbs. Before booking, always check the actual elevation. In Italy, the electricity supply is generally limited to 3KW in apartments, so we recommend not using all appliances at the same time.
