** Bicycles are not allowed on boardwalks at any time *EXCEPT* near the pool and through the Deer Lake State Park beach access where railings are present. Follow the signs for guidance. **
**Watersound West HOA does not permit golf carts**
**Watersound West does not provide access to Watersound Beach Club**

This house was incredible! Everything was spotless and well organized. We also loved the enclosed patio, the proximity to the beach, and the community pool. It was super easy to communicate with the host, and they promptly addressed any questions we had. It was the ideal home and location for a family vacation—a perfect blend of coziness and beach chic.

Quiet location in a pretty community. Not overrun with tourists and easy to find a space on the private beach. The walk down to the beach is long, so bring a wagon. Our biggest cons have to do with cleanliness. The downstairs shower was moldy, and one of the toilets had a ring in it. We were only provided shampoo and conditioner in one bathroom, and we were missing hand soap. The upholstered furniture in the living area showed wear. The price was comparatively reasonable, and many beach items were provided (chairs, umbrellas, etc).
