This quiet Crown Point (Pacific Beach) remodeled 2 bedroom 1 full bath condo is located across the street from Mission Bay Park, overlooking gorgeous Crown Point park/beach.
Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the neighborhood coffee shops and walk two blocks to the bay. There's also a convenience store and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.
Never miss any of the action with live sports and movies from Hulu Live on one of the 3 Smart TV's.
Mission Bay Park features picnic tables, fire pits and barbecue grills, a boat launch and basketball courts. The park also has free parking, restrooms and showers. This a great place for family picnics or large gatherings and the park has plenty of room for soccer, football and volleyball games.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
If you need anything before, after, or during your stay, please feel free to call or text me.
Couple reminders:
** This isn't a party house.
** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.
**Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome — no outside guests are allowed at anytime.
- Check out is 11AM
- Check in is after 3PM
-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.
- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Please feel free to do laundry as you.
WASTE DISPOSAL -- Please note we have a waste bin in the alleyway, accessible by walking through the courtyard. Please note that the metal security gate locks when fully closed. Be sure to leave it cracked or place the stone in the way to prevent it from shutting. The code for the dumpster bin is 4285.
- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.

We loved the location of this property! Right there by the beach/park, and getting to sit on the balcony with the great view! The listing didn’t mention that this specific property was upstairs at all. The turnover, or cleaning process, from the last tenant before we got there was not the best. The shower curtain had a couple dead bugs in it, the bedroom closer to the bathroom had sand all in the sheets, and the balcony could honestly use a very thorough dusting there was tons of spiders and spiderwebs up there. The beds are not the most comfortable, the mattresses were very thin! There isn’t much in the cabinets like spice wise or anything like that. We had to buy the basic necessities like salt and pepper. Other than that, we loved our stay! There’s tons to do in the area around the property! The local coffee spots are very good and everyone is so friendly in the area!

The pictures are better than the reality. That being said. It doesn’t matter. This little Gem turned out to be a Cozy spacious convenient little place. It was so nice to have my own private spacious room to sleep in… and using the spacious kitchen for meals was so convenient and cost effective. Coffee in the morning and a glass of wine sitting out in the coolness of the evening on the Balcony over looking the Bay. I highly recommend this little Gem.. I definitely will be back.

Host was great. Responsive and attentive. My concerns are more along the lines of what is advertised vs. what you get. The beds are bad. No other way to put it. I’m pretty sure they are futon mattresses on metal frames, and yes, you can feel the metal frames. The linens were uncomfortable and stuffy. There is no designated parking spot, which is fine and completely acceptable, but I feel like that detail isn’t fully disclosed in the property description. I saw others were sleeping 6 in the unit. That’s fine, so long as 2 are prepared to sleep on an air mattress. Also, with 6, there are not enough dishes. Again, not a deal breaker for our stay, but if you’re planning on 6, something to be aware of.No hair dryer - weird! I have short hair and was not al all planning on wearing a hat Every. Single. Day. Because there’s not a hair dryer - again, just one of those things you expect and it wasn’t there. Overall, the place definitely didn’t break our vacay, it was just… disappointing.
