A beautiful, spacious, and modern resort with large, comfortable rooms and stunning views. The resort offers Japanese-level comfort, quality, and attention to detail, making it a wonderful place for families with kids!
The only disappointment was the indoor pool (365). It was not included in our booking and cost around $15 per person.
Although the pool itself was clean and spacious, there were too many restrictions for children. Due to height and weight requirements, our kids couldn’t use almost 60% of the facilities. The water was also a bit cold.
Unfortunately, we only discovered these restrictions after purchasing the tickets(which should be our fault). Our kids didn’t enjoy the experience, so we left after just one hour.

The room and the view from the infinity pool
Your staff don’t know what 5 star service looks like i am often looking for someone to service me and to take my order! When normallly they should be coming to me in this so called “resort “ i get up to look for them! Look at the photos and tell me how is this service!????
