Facility is clean and unique.

The hotel is located in out skirt and there are not many choices at hotel for dining and purchasing snacks, drinks, and even souvenirs. The hotel should have more varieties of restaurants and convenient items sold in various locations within the property. In addition, room service ends around 10PM seems bit too early.

Endless facilities for family entertainment!

Movie theatre at Waterpark 365 is new, would have like that details are provided as what is playing and when the session is on, went up and down 4 levels and in the end a staff had to call up centre management, so here’s the info for you : 1 session per day. Starts at 1pm(unless they change it) Our 5 days stay we didn’t get a chance to watch anything.

It was clean.

It is SO remote from Da Nang - a 30 minute taxi ride to the city. I was aware of this but there is an onsite supermarket advertised, however this was closed as they are doing maintenance on the ground floor. There seems to be too many staff deployed in the wrong places. Check in/lobby attendants were overbearing and aggressively intrusive. Bar and restaurant staff were nowhere to be found. I was the only diner in a 200+ capacity room with at least 12 service staff and I still had to get up and go to the bar to ask to order after 20 minutes sat alone. Buggies to take people to poolside villas were unavailable every time l left the main building. Not that I would have taken them but if I was with young or elderly family it would have been an issue, so please note. The beach club across the motorway was hosting a wedding which made a lot of the space inaccessible and super busy with wedding guests. The bed was large but it was made up of 2beds side by side with a hard, uncomfortable and even painful seam in the middle so you can only sleep on one side. I think this is definitely a good family friendly hotel for Japanese tourists. I wanted a nice resort to relax and recover in for 2 days after some intense travelling, and this was not the place for that.

Very well facilitated. Great for family. But as solo also good for relaxation. It has everything you need for 2-3 days. The Japan theme is special- which serves as as a lively attraction for the locals a well. Hotel really try to be most hospitable - with nightly water fountain show and weekend outdoor movies. Vicinity to attached water park and onsen is definitely a plus. You can even walk along beach / broad walk where locals hang out and it’s safe.

If you want city scene and street roaming then this location is a bit far.
