Located in the heart of Guillotière district, this central refurbished studio can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shops and transports, this accommodation is perfect in order to visit Lyon.
This modern and functional studio, located on the 5th floor with elevator in a secured residency, consists of a living space of 20 sq. m and includes :
- a bright living space with comfortable double bed,
- 1 bathroom with a shower,
- a well equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, household products, hair-dryer, ironing equipment, fan
- TV and WI-FI.

Our accommodation is located in central Lyon, in the 7th district. You will thus be able to discover all the historical and artistic treasures, and you will just have to cross the Guillotière bridge to join Bellecour Square, Lyon hyper center (15 min by walk).
Located in the Presqu’Île, Lyon commercial and cultural heart, and Part-Dieu, economical center, you will be at the best place to discover the city. It will just take you a metro ride to go to the Old Lyon, to Fourvière and Croix-Rousse hills, and discover « traboules » streets and « bouchons » restaurants that have made the city’s renown.

Guillotière metro station (metro D, tramway T1) → 4 min by walk
Part-Dieu train station → 15 min by transports or 7 min by car
Saint Exupéry Airport → 50 min by transports or 30 min by car

This apartment was very very nice and secure. Everything necessary was in place. It has elevator and is in a very good location. Everything you could need is nearby and the prices are reasonable. The apartment is small and quiant with cooking facilities, utensils. If you are coming in by train be aware that it is not really walkable from there if you have luggage. Grab a taxi or an uber and if you havent changed your sim card yet use the wifi in the station as it drops out once you get outside the door.
Tony the concierge/rental manager came and showed me the place, gave me the keys and chatted briefly about the area.
I highly reccommend this place.
####Warning. The only problem I had was when I went to take a Bolt car back to the station. One driver was parked two blocks away and expected me to walk up to meet him beyond the tram.NO! Another just ignored me.
The third finally did his job. NOT propertys fault. Donald U.S.
