Welcome to The Kayak Nook—a warm and welcoming family retreat in the heart of Arrowhead Lake. Thoughtfully designed for easygoing days and memory-making nights, it’s the kind of place where kids play freely and grown-ups finally get to exhale.



Inside, little adventurers will love the LEGO wall and stocked kid gear, while parents can relax knowing everything you need is already here—from linens to baby items. The living room and master bedroom stay cool with A/C, and every space is curated with comfort in mind.



Step outside and you’re just a short stroll to the lake, where kayaks are waiting for your crew. After a beach day or pool splash, unwind in the brand-new hot tub or gather ‘round the fire pit for marshmallows under the stars.



Whether you’re here for peaceful mornings or playful weekends, The Kayak Nook is where family memories come easy.



Our home is a one level ranch style house, perfect for a family or couples.

INDOOR LIVING: 4 Smart TVs (1 in every room) includes prime video subscription, electric baseboard heat, dining table with seating for 4, young children's toys, games for the whole family, books, and a washer/dryer.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, Keurig (limited k-cups provided), industrial coffee maker, toaster, blender and more.

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, Pack N' Play, and highchair.

PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles)

PETS: We allow 1 dog 25lbs and under with one-time pet fee of $35



You will have access to the entire home and all of Arrowhead Lakes amenities.



In the home there is a welcome book with everything you would need to know about the home. If you need to contact us there is an emergency number to guest services available 24/7.



This home is located in the Gated community of Arrowhead lakes



Upon arrival you need to register at the front gate with your license and car registration. You are then provided a gate card for entry and exit of the community. There is a gravel driveway at the home for parking.



The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike. It makes for a great stay year-round as it is filled with its own amenities within a close drive to much more!

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 23, 2025 through September 2, 2025)

OR

$2.00 daily off-season



Transaction Fee: $20

Gate Card Fee: $20 per each car





Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival.



* These fees are beyond our control. It is the policy of the community association.

*We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking.

* We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb.

* Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office (located office site, on your way to the community) to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands.



Arrowhead Lake fees are mandatory in addition to Airbnb costs.

*You are responsible for the full cost of your registration and late fees.



If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking.
