This property is hotel zoned which means that short term rentals will continue to be legal rentals at this property. The apartment zoned properties are proposed to be converted to long term rentals. A washer and dryer is included in the unit along with free Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TVs in each room, dining room for 6, sofa bed in living room and 2.5 bathrooms. AC Newly redone pool and BBQ area, shuffleboard, ping pong, gym and parking. Near all popular attractions. Walk to restaurants, shops and of course the beach.
