Quiet guest room w/bath in a classic Maine house. Central location, steps to everything, -double bed, desk, chairs, closet & dresser, fast WiFi, fans, electric heater.
-private bathroom w/shower & bathtub
-private entrance, stairs, hallway -private driveway, large yard, treehouse.

Short walk to YMCA ( pools, gym, sauna, waterfront, shops, restaurants, parks.
10-min drive to Brunswick/Bowdoin College

The room was fine, and bathroom also. The only thing that seemed a little odd was that there was no way to lock the door on our room when we went out, but otherwise great, and I would stay there again.

Clean space. Heads up to future renters: it’s not truly a separate entrance, and there is no lock on the bedroom door — just a hook and eye. This made it feel unsafe. Room and bathroom were very cold, with no way to adjust heat or an auxiliary heat source, so be prepared. There were a couple of blankets that helped. Otherwise, perfectly clean and serviceable, just hard to get a good night’s sleep with doors that would have been easy to enter from outside of the room.
