Kick back and relax in mid century modern luxury! Centrally located in the Fry Springs neighborhood. Enjoy the convenience of walking to UVA and or Scott Stadium which makes great for those looking to skip the game traffic. Minutes to downtown where you’ll find some of Charlottesville’s best restaurants and bars, which you will find some of my favorites in the guidebook section.

Place was clean and had plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Could use some end tables, lamps, decorations, more silverware and better parking.

Everything was amazing, in great working order, very clean and the communication with host was quick and effective. Will be back.

The house was clean and centrally located to the downtown area. We were there for my son's swim meet, so we didn't stay at the house often. The only thing that was a downside was that there was not a lot of silverware, just 4 of each.

The house was nice and clean. However, if you have anyone in your group that is over 6ft tall or weighs over 300 lbs the bathroom on the main level is very small for them. They will need to be able to do stairs so they can use the upstairs bathroom.Overall our stay was great. Was able to make coffee every morning in the Keurig machine. Refrigerator had its own ice maker.
