This home is best suited for families, mature groups, business travelers, and respectful guests looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, unregistered visitors, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. The home also has privacy-safe noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.

To help protect our guests, neighbors, and property owners, we may request additional identity verification for reservations where the booking platform has not fully verified the guest. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. All guests are also required to review and sign a short rental agreement through our secure guest portal before arrival.

Please note that your check-in instructions may be withheld until all required verification steps and the rental agreement have been successfully completed. Parking: Up to 10 registered guests and 6 vehicles are allowed. All vehicles must fit in the driveway street parking is not permitted. Parking violations or neighbor complaints may result in additional fees or cancellation of your reservation.

Exterior: There is ample space for parking on the long driveway. There's a space to grill and ample seating on new all weather wicker furniture.

Please note that a maximum of 10 guests, including infants of any age, are allowed to stay and register. Bookings exceeding this limit will be canceled in accordance with city ordinance rules.

The basement is owner-occupied. While the owner may be in and out, the basement and the main property are securely locked off from each other, ensuring no access between the two spaces.


Stillwater has strict ordinances for Short Term Rentals. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with them as they are strongly enforced by the city and neighbors:

1. No more than 3 “un-registered” persons at the property:
You must register all persons that will be sleeping at the property in the form sent to you on the booking platform, you are allowed up to 10 registered persons including the host.

2. Parking On main driveway only (enough for approx 6 vehicles). Do not park on the street as the city will tow your vehicle. Do no parking by single garage.

3. Quite (& Dark) hours are 10PM - 8AM Daily: After this point you are requested to move inside the property to avoid disturbing neighbors.


House Rules:

- No parties, events, open-invite gatherings, or disruptive behavior of any kind.
- No unregistered visitors without prior written approval.
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
- No speakers, DJs, karaoke, amplified music, or outdoor music after quiet hours.
- Parking is limited to approved spaces only. Street parking rules must be followed.
- Moving furniture, tampering with cameras/noise devices/smoke alarms, or disabling Wi-Fi-connected safety devices is prohibited.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and additional charges for damages, extra cleaning, or neighbor disturbance.

- Unauthorized party/event: $1,500
- Unregistered/unapproved visitors: $100/person
- Smoking: $500+ remediation minimum
- Noise violation requiring response from our team: $250
- Tampering with cameras/noise/Wi-Fi/smoke alarms: $150 per device
- Excess cleaning: actual cost + $250 admin fee
- Police/security response: actual cost + $1000 admin fee
- Unauthorized late checkout: $200 per 30 mins
