Welcome to one of the most sought-after places in Flensburg, the Südermarkt with the family-friendly 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor. With a generous 64m² and two bedrooms, it offers the ideal starting point for exploring and shopping tours through the charming city.

The special highlight of the apartment is the reclaimed wooden floorboards, which create a particularly cozy atmosphere. Both bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be pushed together if desired and the other with a bunk bed, have their own Smart TV. The dining room, located in the center of the apartment, invites self-caterers to enjoy extensive meals. A supermarket directly opposite ensures that the ingredients are always fresh. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, which also makes longer stays pleasant. Access to a small balcony where smoking is permitted is also in the kitchen.

A paid parking space in the nearby underground parking "Rote Straße" can be reserved for an additional fee. Bicycles you bring can be safely locked up in the back yard of the building.

We warmly welcome not only you, but also your four-legged companions - up to two dogs are allowed upon request and for an additional fee. Immerse yourself in an unforgettable stay in this stylish apartment and discover the beauties of Flensburg.
