PLEASE NOTE: The Spa is heated from November 15th to April 15th. This property is registered as a vacation rental within the City of Sarasota with the Registration Number VR25-00056. Due to the City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property can only be rented once during a seven (7) day period and has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
