The apartment is quiet because it does not face the street but has a view of the park of Palazzo Vegni, the adjacent building that houses a university detachment. The park can be visited free on Sundays and is very interesting.
It is located 500 meters from the Ponte Vecchio, in a very popular area between Piazzale Michelangelo and the Lungarni, very characteristic even without being in the area of greatest tourist density, with various restaurants, a pizzeria, a very good wine bar, a bar and a bakery.
Two independent bedrooms from which you access the kitchen, the bathroom, the terrace and you can leave the apartment without having to cross the other room. Floors with parquet, exposed beams. Complete bathroom with shower and windowed, kitchen with living room and kitchenette, private internal courtyard on the side of the kitchen and a magnificent terrace on the side of the rooms.
It can be reached with a walk of about 25 minutes from the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella or by bus.
It is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone of the historic center and nearby is the only free parking in Florence located in Via dell'Erta Canina, about 400 meters from the apartment, under the Piazzale Michelangelo.
