Front to rear decks with four chairs, great ocean views, outside shower with hot and cold water, beach access diagonally across street. Dining table seats eight, bar with four stools, beautifully tiled main level, ceiling fans and highchair.
Though pets are not allowed, please note that occasionally dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

carpets needed cleaning throughout. Utensil drawer in kitchen was very annoying to open and close. the chair pads in dining area need to be replaced also keep falling on floor to be picked up. chairs need to be replaced on front deck cracked and broken. excellent location for beach goers. I would for sure stay there again. Outdoor shower seemed a little unkept.

Excellent location. Wonderful house. There was no hot water in the upstairs shower is the only negative.
