Charming house from the 50s of 120m2, air-conditioned, totally independent with 8*4m in-ground pool.
The entrance, located on a 6m2 balcony shaded by its Virginia creeper, leads to a large and very bright kitchen with 2 large south and rising windows, the living room with its window to the east and the dining room facing south.
1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds with built-in wardrobes.
1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
Equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave...), washing machine, drying room,
Shaded fenced yard with automatic gate to park vehicles and enjoy the outdoors.
8*4 swimming pool with sun loungers
1 km from the village center, 200m from the contact crossroads and the gas station, 150m from the vineyards for walking, 300m from the sports complex with football/rugby stadium, tennis courts and bowling alleys, 3km from an artificial lake (Paty lake)
You will be 30 minutes from the summit of Mont Ventoux while being 30 minutes from Avignon (30km), 25 minutes from Vaison la Romaine (25km) and 30 minutes from Orange (30 min).

Lovely place, nice pool, friendly neighbour who let us store bikes in his garage. Would stay again and recommend. Our only complaint is late knowledge of additional cleaning fee but this seems to be Vrbo's fault for not including additional information, which they didn't include with either the listing or booking confirmation; this does not detract from the property rating.

The house was perfect for us but the management company - unsuccessfully - tried to scam us for an enormous cleaning fee after we had already left the property, despite the fact that we had paid everything upfront. This treatment rather spoiled our good impression.
