A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Modern decor and a quieter choice of apartment yet still very central. It has room for 3 guests.
The studio apartment is all one space but has been cleverly designed to give the feeling of separate areas; one for the living room area and kitchen, another as bedroom and bath.
The bedroom has a double bed. The design makes it a chic & modern area and very original.
The living room is comprised of one comfortable sofa bed, which can be used for the one extra guest, large TV, DVD and music system. This is a great place to sit back and relax and chill.
Kitchen is open to the dining room , and is on par with the rest of the apartment, totally new & equipped
Optional parking , 12€ day.

Excellent location. Central to the historic area, which is full of restaurants, shops and clubs. Easy walk to many locations and historic buildings. Options parking (for a fee) is available next door. Perfect spot for my motorcycle. The apartment is quite small but well equipped with kitchen, clothes washing machine, a/c and big screen TV. The available WIFI Internet had good bandwidth, which I was able to use for work and streaming media. Recommended. I would visit again.

The property is ideal for a couple. The location is noisy, as in the centre and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The host is very communicative in English and is very flexible, when possible. We enjoyed our stay as the location is very convenient for visiting the various landmarks.

This apartment has a wonderful location with most of the main sights easily walkable. There is an elevator, but it is the smallest I have ever seen, but the apartment is just one flight up. The bed is low but comfortable. The living room sofa and chair could use better covers. Javier was very helpful. Valencia is a beautiful, vibrant city.

Washer didn't work - apparently last client broke per host. It would have been nice to have been told prior to checking in. Host tried to fix but was unable.
Limited hot water per host.
But location good, host very nice.
(The description and pics may be a bit generous)

"Lovely little apartment in the heart of the old town area of Valencia. A bit of a sewer smell coming from the sinks/clothes washer, but generally clean. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Grea..."
