Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Living/Dining Area:

The modern, high-quality living/dining area covers 40 m². In addition to a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV, including free cable TV and free Wi-Fi, the room features a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and a microwave available upon request.

Bedroom:

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a desk. A crib or children’s bed can be provided upon request. Bedding for the double bed and children’s bed is provided.

Bathroom:

The bathroom, which has natural light, features a shower/toilet and a sink with a vanity cabinet. One hand towel and one shower towel are provided per person; these can be changed as needed during your stay.

Occupancy: up to 2 people; minimum stay: 3 nights.
For the first person: 60 € per night
Each additional person: 10 € per night
Children under 2 years old stay free
Children aged 2–7 years: 50%

Included services:

Bed linens, a towel package consisting of one hand towel and one bath towel per person, as well as cable TV and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

The final cleaning fee is 35 euros
