Located on the top of the 'Hoge Blekker', the highest dune on the Belgian coast.
The house is classically classified according to ancient art.
The ground floor consists of: Entrance, kitchen, spacious living room, separate TV room, kitchen and toilet.
Basement: 2 spacious bedrooms with window / light, laundry room and extra fridge
Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms, 2 with a spacious balcony, 2 bathrooms. Exceptional panoramic view.
The nature reserves 'De Doornpanne' and the 'Hoge Blekker' together with the Schipgatduinen form a continuous dune massif of 235 hectares of hiking area.
At 1500 meters from the beach. Sea View!
A few minutes walk from the center of Koksijde.
On the North Sea coast cycle route, the LF1, and walking routes.
Near cycling and walking junction.
At 8 km from Plopsaland, at 5 km from Golf Ter Hille.

We celebrated my mum's 90th birthday with the entire family. We were 14 adults and the house was really perfect: comfortable, with all the necessary equipments. In addition Sigrid, the owner, was super responsive and welcoming. I recommend warmly,

The house is large and comfortable with abundant hot water and all necessary amenities. Within walking distance or a short car ride to restaurants and a 30 min drive to Ypres and WW1 sites. Owner was helpful and relaxed about the house and we had a lovely stay. Very happy with the house and location overall.
