Location bella sul mare e spiaggia tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Molto apprezzata anche la colazione a buffet, sempre ricca e abbondante.

Il servizio al ristorante è stato molto lento, sia nel prendere le ordinazioni sia nel servire i piatti. Più volte abbiamo dovuto cercare i camerieri e abbiamo atteso quasi un'ora prima che il cibo arrivasse. Inoltre, c'era una scarsità di lettini in spiaggia e l'isolamento acustico delle camere era insufficiente: si sentiva ogni rumore dalla stanza accanto

Food was mediocre but fine.

Bellissima spiaggia privata, più bella di quella di tanti hotel più quotati della zona, da cui si gode di un tramonto fantastico. Barriera corallina vicino a riva, con possibilità di fare snorkeling direttamente dalla spiaggia. Tante piscinette separate che permettono di fare un bagno in piscina in tranquillità senza troppo affollamento.

L'hotel è abbastanza lontano dal centro di labuan bajo, quindi si tenderebbe a passare molto tempo nella struttura. Peccato però che il servizio sia disastroso, specialmente al ristorante. Camerieri che arrivano solo se chiamati espressamente, tre quarti del menù non disponibile e poca disponibilità a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente (un dramma se per caso si chiede di cambiare un ordine, anche fosse solo una lattina di sprite con un succo di frutta). Struttura poco curata e sporca, piena di cartacce per terra. Pochissimi lettini disponibili in spiaggia (una decina, non di più) rispetto al numero di ospiti, per averne uno bisogna occuparlo al mattino appena svegli. Wifi che non funziona. Peccato, perché con più cura e attenzione, l'hotel potrebbe davvero essere un gioiellino.

We started off on the wrong foot. We waited over an hour to be picked up from airport and every time we called they would just hang up on us like they didn’t understand English. I tried contacting on their WhatsApp but no response. I finally got a response on booking.com after about 40 mins of trying. When we arrived at hotel I was upset as it was hot and had my young daughter with us. The staff understood and could speak English so I didn’t understand why they kept hanging up. They apologised and admit that it was their mistake. Other than this encounter the staff were very helpful and kind. They helped us arrange for tour and negotiated price for us. The tours are early morning like 6am pick up so you miss breakfast but they have option for a little packed box for you to take away that you need to preorder.

Location, although next to the beach it wasn’t super clean there was plastic bottles lying around. The pools weren’t really clean and some guests feeding their kids breakfast inside the pool so rice falling in but staff didn’t seemed bothered. Locals also use the beach so something to be mindful of. They come in groups set up bbq etc it’s not an exclusive beach only to guests even though you need to enter via hotel entrance. There’s lots of mosquitoes in rooms and around. We had to keep calling reception for some insect spray they came with one initially and sprayed twice and it was finish so had to call back for another or coil. You are literally in the middle of nowhere so you next to taxi to town and it’s 100.000 RP each way. There isn’t much selection from food menu nor is there for breakfast. Breakfast is mainly Indonesian food. It’s a shame as this place has so much potential if had a renovation. We were also told by one staff that kayaka was included and could take out. My husband went out the next morning only to be greeted by a staff member on return demanding to pay $5. We told him why other staff said but he followed my husband to room and said we needed to pay. We told him charge it to account but he kept saying no pay cash. We called reception who said yes we needed to pay but can charge to account so we thought that was that but no he knocked again to say we needed to pay. He finally went off and came back with a bill to sign. We didn’t mind paying but being told wrong info at start and then being harassed 🤦🏻‍♀️
