A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
This gorgeous 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) and 1 bathroom condo is located on the prestigious, award winning golf resort of Pointe Royale in Branson, MO. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the wildlife, the pond and the 17th Fairway. The condo (the 17th Fairway) is down from the Clubhouse - which has a golf course, a restaurant and pro shop. Also on the property are play grounds, outdoor grills, hiking trail and trout fishing. The 17th Fairway has everything you need to cook meals, a coffee bar, updated finishes and decor, wifi, TV's, board games, a pull out full sleeper sofa and balcony to enjoy the scenery. Pointe Royale is close to entertainment (we love the aquarium!), shopping, hiking, boating, fishing and more!

Beautifully updated with all the amenities exactly as described. Conveniently located to attractions and in the quiet of a gated community.

We enjoyed our stay. It is in a nice complex. A couple of things to point out. The lock on the door didn't just need a number code as we were told. You had to press on something else before the number code. When locking the door upon leaving, we had to lift up on the handle hard so it would lock. The bathroom ceiling is in bad shape and needs to be scraped and repainted. The living area wasn't as bad, but it needs some work as well. Other than that we felt comfortable.
