This updated home is located in the Avondale Golf Club, on the 4th Fairway.
OUTDOORS
The open backyard delivers great views of the golf course and open space. It features a pool & spa and a fire feature for the cooler nights. Dine with friends and/or family under the covered patio with ample seating for eight people. Lounge by the pool and catch some sun. The backyard covered patio features ceiling fans and misters for those warmer days.
INDOORS
The open and bright living room connects with the dining area and kitchen. Living space features a large sectional and ample seating for your family or friends to watch sports or TV shows on the 50in. Smart TV. The dining table accommodates up to eight persons. Kitchen features new appliances, including a double oven, updated counters, new cabinets and everything you need for meal prep. The breakfast counter is perfect for morning coffee. Property features new washer and dryer, and a one car garage and driveway parking for two vehicles.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The property features a total of three bedrooms. As you enter the courtyard a separate entry to a casita with en-suite bathroom is located to your right. Casita features a queen bed, ceiling can, large closet, 40in. TV, and a mini fridge. The main bedroom features a king bed, work desk, ensuite bath with dual vanities, shower, soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a large closet.

Avondale Country Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland.

POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged family members at select properties! To help ensure a comfortable experience for all of our guests, neighbors, and homeowners, please review the following guidelines. An additional nonrefundable fee applies for pets. One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance. Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner. The house was all that was advertised. We were 2 couples with family members cycling thru the month long rental. Kitchen had all the required utensils for our group. We had a issue with the TV that was promptly attended to by the rental agent. We as renters felt welcomed into this neighbourhood. We'd like to express our gratitude to the owners and agent for offering up this house in the rental pool. Cheers

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was on a private golf club. The community was gated and quiet. The location was ideal for travel to Palm Springs, Indio and all cities in between for golfing and dining out. The house was clean. Enjoyed the openness of the kitchen, dining room and living room. Master in-suite was nice and spacious. The master bed was comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items to fix meals. Enjoyed the spa in the evenings. This place exceeded our expectations.

This condo was located in a gated golf community so it felt very safe. The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, easy access and instructions for renters. The management company was always there to help with any of our needs and Ashley was great to work with. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was wonderful. The outside patio, spa and pool were just what we were looking for. It was just unfortunate the weather did not cooperate during our stay so we didn't get to use it nearly as much as we had planned but no one can control the weather. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Hopefully we left it just as we found it! Lovely!

My husband and I had the BEST time in your beautiful home. We are celebrating our retirement for the end of this year and had a fabulous place to invite all our golf buddies and friends. Your place is just perfect to relax, to enjoy and to have friends. And by the way, I am a gourmet cook and it was easy to make wonderful meals for all to enjoy with your spacious kitchen. Our little dogs also enjoyed your yard with the lovely view as well as we did.
Thanks again for opening your home to us, and by the way, such a reasonable price for a full month of fun. We will be back next year :)
