Cozy enough and good location. No outside space andSurrounded by other apartments. Right next to the beach. Good thing it’s got parking spot.

Host was quick to respond and provided simple, clear directions to the unit. The apartment was in the perfect location and took less than a 10 min walk to 2nd Street with all the restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Another pro is that the unit came with parking. The walls are a bit thin so you can slightly hear neighbors but the neighborhood is very quiet overall. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described and met all my expectations! The was very responsive and I was happy with the ease of this rental process! The location was perfect and the VRBO was clean and cozy! Thank you so much and I will look to stay with you again on my next trip to Long Beach!

The location of the property could not be better...next to the beach, a short walk from Second Street in Belmont Shore and centrally located. The place was very clean when we checked in.A few items in the listing need to be corrected, however: 1 - When it says "Air Conditioning", it is not central air. It is essentially a window unit in the bedroom for the bedroom only. The rest of the apartment was not air-conditionned.2 - There is no "outside area" whatsoever.3 - There is certainly no golf course view.4 - When it says "laundry", the unit is in a small apartment building and there is a coin-operated pay laundry (2.50, 2.25 for washing/drying) past the garbage cans at the rear of the building.5 - Like any other area near a beach in Southern California, there are a lot of homeless around the unit and they comb the trashcans in the alley by the parking pretty much every night, making a mess. You will also bump into them daily coming in and out of the apartment. There was a couple of situations with the unit that the owner responded to promply, so there is that.
