The Neighborhood:
Part of a quaint residential street, the neighborhood sits close to the finish line of the 2002 Olympic venues and World Class Snowboarding Arena used in the Olympics. You are only a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort or hop on the free shuttle bus to Main Street and Old Town.

Getting Around:
Less than 5 minute walk to the 3 Kings bus stop (blue line #3), part of the fantastic Park City free bus system which can take you anywhere in town. The bus arrives every 20 minutes and runs from 8 am to midnight. With this great bus service, a car is not necessary to get around to Main Street (restaurants, nightlife, etc), the other ski resorts (Canyons and Deer Valley), supermarkets and more.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
