Beds were comfy. Lots of space. We enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend it. We would also stay again.

We traveled to the ranch with our 3 kids and my parents for Memorial day and spent a great family vacation there.
The house was large and very well equiped and the apartment was a nice addition for my parents to stay close but in a separate place from us.
We particularly appreciated the outdoor space, with the large sunny patio and the big garden.
The only drawback was the morning we spent on the 3rd day to do the clean up and to wash and dry all the linens and towels before leaving, which seemed to us pretty long compared to the 2.5 days we stayed... We would have appreciated an additional cleaning service for a short stay, but it was clear before coming so no surprise about it.
I would overall highly recommend this place to future travelers !

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay in this lovely, clean and comfortable home in Eastham. The house had everything we needed and it’s location was perfect for our beach get-away. I highly recommend this property!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Brett's home in the past 4 years. Location, location, location. Again everything was great and consistent. House is very clean, Fantastic yard With the nice addition of the fire pit which we did use. We had 4 adults and 2 children And felt like we hadPlenty of room. The living room was very comfortable furniture and the beds were comfortable Which says a lot because we travel quite a bit and bed's tend to be a problem as landlords don't Always put the money to change them out. When we do visit the Cape This is our home of choice.
