Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Very clean and great location and worked very well. I don’t understand the cleaning fee that was applied when we did all the cleaning and even sweeper when we left? To pay a cleaning fee in top of that and all seems a bit excessive but was an overall good experience

The family was thrilled to be able to walk to beach and in town and to Duck boardwalk. The house hit all the right notes. We had a great time. Everything we needed was there.

The home was clean and in good shape. Our only suggestion would be a second full size refrigerator downstairs for beverages. There is a small one but it was not working. Also the house is pet friendly but there is not much area in the yard where we could walk our dogs.

Can't beat this location. We loved the ability to have multiple parts of our family stay and have room.
