We had a great view of the river and was able to see fire works from all over from the balcony. It was nice! Very convenient to the downtown St Joe area. We were able to walk there form the condo

The location of this property is perfect. It is a nice walk to town. The space was perfect for our family of 5. Everything you need is supplied. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location. Great communication from owner. Few minutes from downtown and the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Host very nice. Building and unit very much like a starter apartment rather than a beautiful condo. Very transient building. Not suitable for more than a weekend stay
