Beachy Bayside is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside pier and the harbor. The complex is situated on several acres of well-maintained, lush tropical grounds. You’ll have access to amenities, such as billiards, ping-pong, putting green, foosball, a fitness center with sauna, barbecue areas, and laundry facilities. Guests will enjoy the view and sunsets from the deck. Free Wi-Fi and designated parking is included.
The unit was recently renovated, including kitchen quartz countertops, all new appliances, and other updates throughout! The condo has been updated with new furniture throughout in a Modern Coastal design. There are incredible views from both the living room and bedroom, and guests are sure to enjoy the view and sunsets from the deck.
Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi pond, putting green, and year-round heated pool and spa, or a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Such a beautiful place to stay in Oceanside! We are a family of 4 with 2 children and Mindy's place was perfect for us. From the sunset views from the balcony, the beach gear, super comfortable beds, and access to the beach/pool/hot tub, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mindy!

This Oceanside property was absolutely wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the beach is so nice. The grounds at this complex are similar to Hawaii. You can easily walk to restaurants and the harbor and pier. We will stay here again ! Also the owner was very responsive to all our questions.

This was my family's first official vacation and it was everything we could have imagined it to be. Being right on the beach, walking to get ice cream, doing the whale watching boat tour that was also walking distance from the room, and even enjoying the pool instead of going to the beach was a great option for us. The view was breath taking and something I looked forward to every morning and night. It is also very convenient to get to restaurants. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The wagon that is provided in the room was also a game changer for us. We appreciated that it was there for us to use. They also have beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards! It was very clean and modern. We will for sure be back again!
