This charming house is the perfect place to relax with its quiet and breezy atmosphere. Its set on its own private 1/2 acre within minutes to the beach. Located just down the road from one of the worlds biggest waves Jaws and some of Maui's favorite restaurants and beaches. Whether you are a mountain lover or beach lover Haiku is the perfect fit for you. You can have the best of both worlds. The location is excellent. Peaceful countryside, close driving to great isolated beaches and scenic points. Quiet ,away from crowds. Appreciated the nice yard and privacy. The house is excellent- nicely furnished, comfortable. I feel so lucky to have found this place, and will definitely be back to stay.

Good location. Haiku is a perfect spot to stay where you can conveniently drive to other parts of the island. House is small but the deck is very nice to sit and get away from the wind. Getting out of driveway is a little tricky. Wish they had a better turn around spot.

The house has a fantastic back deck. Lots of natural light surrounded by trees very peaceful.

This is great for anyone who isn't sensitive to the smell of mildew or pesticides. The property and manager were great, no bugs, lovely deck, and all at a convenient location.Haiku is damp, mildew is to be expected, probably not a problem for the average person. Airing it out helped a bit.Unfortunately, I had a headache the whole time I was inside and had a hard time sleeping with the smell of mildew, pesticide and synthetic fragrance. Other than that it was great.
