Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with panoramic ocean views. En-suite bath with a spacious vanity, walk-in shower/bench and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3: Two Full beds.
Guest Bath: Remodeled standing shower and includes laundry area with washer/dryer
Beach House 2: Seagrape 19806 Gulf Blvd (Beach View)
Located directly behind the front house for effortless walking and socializing between both properties.

Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with a fully remodeled en-suite walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds (Note: Children under 10 years old / under 5 feet tall for the top bunk).

Estate Rules & Booking Policies
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere and comply with local regulations, we strictly enforce the following rules:
Maximum of 12 guests total, including children of all ages. No exceptions.
Adult/Child Breakdown: Maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. The child allocation is strictly for the bunk beds in Beach House 19806 (restricted to children under 5 feet tall).
Mandatory Registration: The first name and age of every guest must be provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if accurate guest count information is not provided at time of booking.
No Day Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.
Parking: Strict maximum of 4 vehicles allowed on-site (NO RVs, semi trucks, etc)
Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property for your safety.

Location, location, location!! Was awesome, with the beach just steps from the house and pool. Plenty of beach chairs. Inside the house it had everything we needed. Great place for our vacation!

This was our second time staying here. Plenty of space between both houses. We had 12 people (10 adults and 2 children) We love it here and always enjoy our stay. Great host, great houses, very clean and well maintained. We love having our own private pool and beach just steps from the house. We will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Great location, a fantastic beach. House OK. We travel A LOT and never have issues or complaints.
The house is fine. Lipstick remodel- lots of small issues, which is fine - it's a rental - but the peeling flooring that many of us stubbed toes on was a bit obnoxious. The kitchen wasn't as ideally stocked for a week's worth of cooking. Overall found the property manager to be overbearing and provided an incredible amount of rules post-booking. Beyond unrealistic in her extra charges for infants and the misinformation posted across multiple listings for this property (which were updated after we booked).
