We loved the private open air Onsen in our room, the complimentary traditional attire to wear all around the hotel, the magnificent nature atmosphere around us and the exquisite dining experience.
It was all perfect, nothing to notify.

The staff was incredible!
Hotel should provide ability to purchase food at the restaurant even if you did not get the half or full board package.

We were able to book Shiatsu services for the same day that we arrived.
Also, the hotel managed to find us a taxi to leave the following morning to catch the Shinkansen train, shortly after a typhoon had made landfall in Japan, when we could not locate any taxi or Uber drivers working that morning. This was extremely helpful!

I liked the private onsen. Some staff friendly helpful. Shuttle to station really good
Being told you have dinner and breakfast at a set time. Having no input on what was delivered. I liked Japanese traditional food but to have no alternative was extremely poor especially hot breakfast no fruit bread or pastries. No coffee or tea at breakfast. Also the hotel needs investment carpets warn items looking unkept. I would not stay again
