Weaver’s cottage was wonderful, the rooms were prepared well and their owners were kind and responsive. The area provides many opportunities for hikes and walks, while the towns nearby have everything that you need. The road up to the house (the last stretch, really) is a little challenging given the potholes, but the house itself is beautifully maintained.

From booking through to leaving - everything was a pleasure. The open plan ground floor provided space for everyone to be in one place at one time, whilst still enjoying the facilities together. The hot tub was a great way to relax. My only advice is use the cottage name in your sat nav, not the postcode (3 out of 4 cars did this and were guided directly to the cottage, we on the other hand ended up on the wrong side of Leapings Lane - only a few minutes drive back, kindly directed by Lisa who was waiting to greet us, but invaluable to know for new visitors). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay, great location and fantastic walks. The cottage is well catered and is an awesome choice for families and friends. Thank you

We had a wonderful holiday when staying at Weavers Cottage. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us and 2 dogs. We really enjoyed the hot tub and made good use of the games room. Plenty of great walks and things to do as a family. We hope to return.
