Lovely views from apartment and pool, perfect thank you

Clean, easy to find, great views, secure parking. The apartment is located in la Herradura, a typical Spanish seaside town, with no high rise or intensive d velouté my. One of the best equipped properties I have ever stayed in. It wanted for nothing.

Clean, well resourced apartment, providing everything you need. The pool is a great asset as the beach is accessible only by car. As the apartment is in use for short periods only we did have some issues with the plumbing as well as getting stuck in the bathroom so things could do with a bit of a regular service and oiling to prevent issues arising with guests. It would have indeed been nice gesture if the owner had offered some kind of reimbursement due to being stuck in the apartment for a planned beach day, trying to get help from a plumber or service person. The communication was poor, leaving us frantically trying to sort things out ourselves, luckily ‘finding’ the concierge and building up phone charges to Belgium as the contact we had in France was unavailable by phone until late in the evening. This made for a frustrating penultimate day and the kids were obviously disappointed. Communication facilities need improving, including updating the website details as there was lots of miscommunication due to phone number changes and charges for WiFi etc.
