Plenty of space to stretch out. Kitchen equipped for basic cooking. Beach chairs & towels. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods. Quiet neighborhood with lots of walkers. 1.8 mi from Hightower Beach. Management communication was beyond expectation. Military families: in neighborhood next to Patrick housing, walk to Chapel & youth center. 1.4 mi from South Patrick gate, closest to commissary & exchange.

We appreciated having a place where our family could gather. This was a nice place and so close to Patrick SFB, which was the purpose for our visit. We felt like we had plenty of space. The kitchen had enough tools and space for us to cook our meals in.
