Located in one of Cincinnati’s most vibrant neighborhoods, steps from Oakley Square, home to memorable restaurants, coffee shops and retail experiences. Other neighborhood gems include the historic 20th Century Theater music and entertainment venue and Wasson Way, a beautiful, accessible and sustainable urban greenway trail perfect for walking your dog, biking or walking/jogging. Safe neighborhood. Well maintained house. House was built around 1915. All 3 bedrooms are up a flight of fairly steep stairs. The main floor stayed a comfortable temperature all week. The upstairs was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom that function well. The air conditioning reaches the upstairs, but because the home is so old, it doesn’t get cool up there. We traveled in June with highs around 90 degrees and stayed for 6 nights. Parking is on the street. We were able to find parking within 1-3 blocks of the house. We felt totally safe walking to and from our car at any time, day or night. Outside on the back deck, the grill worked well. The fire pit would ignite, but not stay on, so we couldn’t use it. Lots of small nice touches in the house: coffee/ tea, creamer, sugar, Kleenex, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, couple snacks. My kids really enjoyed the TV selections available including Disney plus. Main floor has a half bathroom. Upstairs is the full bathroom. Good water pressure. Nice amount of warm water. All 3 of us could take back to back showers. Dishwasher worked well. Kitchen was very nice. Range was gas and very nice. Nice refrigerator. All the locks on the outside doors functioned well. Oakley and Hyde Park are nice.

The neighborhood the house is in felt safe. The house was adorable and very clean. However, the upstairs was VERY warm. The thermostat downstairs controlled the whole house and didn’t do much for upstairs. There were ceiling fans in each bedroom. Also parking on the street was terrible. The bar at the end of the street takes up a lot of parking options. Had it not been for the nice next door neighbor allowing us to park on them, we would have had to park streets over.

We had wonderful stay at Danny & Nicole's house. The place is stocked with k-cups, cream and sugar and light snacks, etc. - a very important touch that makes a big difference! Convenient location in Oakley/Hyde Park. The place has been remodeled thoughtfully and the investment is clear. We wish we had a chance to enjoy the outdoor space more as it rained most of the time we were there. Would stay again...

Clean comfortable house. Great location right by bike path. No problem parking. Will definitely be back!
