Welcome to the Clocktower Condo, your bright and airy second-story retreat in the heart of downtown Duluth. This stylish, light-filled condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Large windows fill the space with warm, natural light, framing lovely views of the city's historic clocktower. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in breathtaking views of downtown and Lake Superior—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Inside, you'll find an open-layout living space designed for relaxation after a day of exploring:
Bedrooms: Two private bedrooms, each featuring a plush queen bed.
Living Room: A cozy sleeper sofa, a smart TV for movie nights, and a collection of board games for fun-filled evenings.
Kitchen: A spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen, ready for you to whip up delicious meals. We've even included complimentary coffee from the local Duluth Coffee Company.
Workspace: A designated desk provides a quiet corner for remote work or planning your adventures.
Convenience: A stacked laundry machine is available for your use inside the condo, alongside a modern bathroom.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom condo during their stay. This includes the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and your private balcony.

- At the start of I-35 S, turn left
- Take exit 256B toward Lake Ave
- Merge onto S Lake Ave

PET POLICY
This property is dog-friendly. Specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to keep them on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also, be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of the property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Great place with wonderful views. My family and I enjoyed it. One thing to note is that the floors are creaky. I would stay there again though

I was impressed with how close we were to canal park. It is only a few blocks down the hill. What makes the location even better is the available off street parking, therefore saving us on parking each time we went to canal park.

Positives: Overall, the apartment is a nice space. Plenty of room for our family of four. It is nicely laid out and has a wonderful view with an easily accessible and comfortable balcony. The bathroom is very nice, comfortable and spacious. Adequate linens and sheets, etc were provided and beds were comfortable for a rental. The location is solid for the price. The garage parking access was nice for security and I'm sure is even nicer for your winter guests.-Otherwise: We were disappointed to realize the reality of the air conditioning situation upon our arrival. The property is advertised on VRBO with "air conditioning" as one of the amenities - which led us to believe that it had central air. Instead, we found that there was one very noisy and large window unit, meant to cool the entire apartment. It did not do so effectively with daytime temperatures at 85 degrees. I realize both that it is not realistic and maybe not possible for you to have central a/c added now that I see the age of the building and that Duluth's climate does not require it for much of the calendar, but the should be transparent in the advertisement about the situation. Bedrooms during our late June/early July stay were about 80 degrees in early evening. Kitchen could use more essentials for guest use and more clarity of where to find what’s needed.
