The Space:
West of Zion is the perfect retreat for a large group stay. Boasting one of the best locations at Town Center Resort, just a 9 iron away from the Coral Canyon Golf course. This perfect pairing of 2 side-by-side townhomes (2387 and 2391) will provide the right amenities, bedrooms, and bathrooms so that everyone in your group is exceptionally comfortable. Large living rooms and rooftop balconies with hot tubs and fire pits will give your group the perfect setting to come together and enjoy each other's company. The Coral Canyon area is the hub to adventure and relaxation. You will be within minutes of Snow Canyon State Park, Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. With Golf courses and restaurants within walking distance and 20 yards from your home is a scenic walking trail and biking trail. We also have a shared pool and hot tub for your group. On your deck, you will be able to take in the sunset all while relaxing in our private hot tubs and firepits.

Great location in St George with lots of room and great amenities. Close to all the best golf courses !! Easy check in and out process and wonderful service. We had issues with the key code for the door at one of the units and this was solved with one quick phone call. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Wonderful location, convenient to all the amenities St. George has to offer. Tons of sleeping space with comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend.

Great set up for my team

Upon reading the property description in the listing, we thought we were renting two townhomes that had been combined (since that was the term used on the listing site). We were expecting some kind of adjoining door which could be closed if the homes were rented separately, but that was not the case. This is 2 completely separate homes which could only be accessed by going outside and through the front doors. (Frustrating!) We would not have rented here if we’d known that.
Before our stay, I received a message from the property managers giving us the address with a door code. Nowhere did it mention the other unit or its door code. We entered the home to discover a much smaller unit, not the 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms we’d been expecting. Because there was no mention of another unit, this caused a lot of unnecessary confusion. We did go to the unit next door, but the door code didn’t work on it. Eventually, we were able to get that straightened out and the second door code reset.
The final straw came when I contacted them letting them know that the key fob to the pickleball courts and splash pads wasn’t working. (I’d purchased a pickleball set just for this vacation). They said there was a “misunderstanding” and we only had access to the pool. They list the courts and splash pads as amenities, so “misrepresentation” was a more fitting term.
These homes were clean and lovely, but I have only given 3 stars based on the deceptive practices of the management company.
