Welcome to Osprey 9, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. This centrally located townhouse boasts two downstairs bedrooms, both with shower ensuites. The master suite invites you to unwind in the plush queen-sized bed, offering rejuvenation after a day filled with adventure. The second bedroom, with its queen sofa bed and bunk, provides flexible sleeping options for guests. There is a separate laundry and powder room on this level.
Upstairs, explore the full kitchen, fully equipped with top-tier appliances including a dishwasher, oven, hot plates, and a refrigerator, to whip up divine meals to enjoy with the family. The open plan living area offers a DVD Player and TV for your entertainment, ensuring nights in are just as enjoyable as days out.
A step outside reveals the cosy courtyard, an ideal spot for lazy afternoon barbecues. If you prefer indoor comfort, there is split-system heating and cooling that guarantees a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. Fantastic location, with easy access to town and beach. Stayed with 4 others and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and beach themed vibe of the accommodation. We found that a lot of the kitchenware to be visibly dirty, however other than that it was a great stay.

Lovely Home, well decorated and felt at Home, once the door opened all that was heard was ‘wow wow wow’ the house did not disappoint 9/10 great time away from the loudness of Melbourne. Beautiful opening view upstairs with catered games books and dvds for family.
Just a few things
The outside bin over the gate on the far right of the house weren’t able to locate till near end of stay.

One small parking
Overall it was a good stay, definitely look forward to the next stay

Very comfortable two-story house right off the main street. On site parking and garage, washer/drier, main bedroom and a bunk room downstairs; kitchen, dining room, rec room upstairs. Doesn't show on GPS well possibly because its a private road, but turned out easy to find.

We weren’t told before we paid that we had to pick up the key & return it to Point Lonsdale even though the property owners agent had an office in Queenscliff
