everything was clean and very beautiful exceeded expectations. The best part was the view of the ocean from the master and the living room, will definitely book again, and the host was very accommodating and friendly.

Unfortunately the host is not welcoming nor customer service oriented. Improvements in cleaning are highly recommended. We walked in to a home that was not clean. The host stated the cleaner forgot to come back and finish. Quite some time later the cleaner came and stated that she had never been there. So many things were unacceptable. Dirty towels in the washer was quite disgusting. The cleaner took the dirty towels out of the washer and placed them and the dirty bed sheets in a closet on top of clean linen. Sheer disappointment!
