Wonderful, old-Florida feel with modern touches. Jay is a wonderful host, the place was exactly as described, clean as a whistle, comfortable, everything worked, quiet, relaxing, I can't find enough superlatives to describe how much we enjoyed the VRBO.If you're a gardener, you;re going to absolutely LOVE what Jay has done with his 4 acres. If you like fresh seafood, you MUST drive 15 minutes down the main road to Island Crab Seafood (St. James City, not the processing facility in Pine Island Center). The prices are superb, and if you like Jumbo Lump crab, you will NEVER find any fresher than here. The crab is caught local, steamed/shelled/cleaned in Pine Island Center, and sold in St James City.We will be making a return trip!

It was a perfect place for us to stay. My husband and I had not been to Pine Island since Covid. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We took our fishing boat so the host made sure we had a place to leave it when we were not using it. Couldn't have been happier any other place on the island.....a 10 for sure!!! We loved learning about his tropical farm as well.
