Oceanwatch resort was a beautiful resort - perfect for a family trip with multiple kids. There were a ton of pools and activities for children. The ameneties in the room was great! They thought of everything! Would definitely stay again.

we have been many times in that property , and we are 2 weeks owners of Hilton Head mariott Grand Ocean .we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Review chat history - I was clear immediately following the reservation that we needed to be in one of the 3 front buildings due to the age of my mother and the tradition that we were attempting to continue, taking grandkids to the Activity Center. I didn’t receive notification that we were booked in a garden suite until we had missed the cancelation window. The check in desk said owners determine points used to secure a suite in front vs back. I believe the host was fully aware my request/requirements would not be met and withheld this until it was too late. As a result, we were not able to leverage the facility as we had in the past and will no longer be using VRBO to book outside of directly with owner of property.
