The double beds in the bedrooms measure 160x200. The living room also features two sofa beds: one double (160x190) and one single (80x190)
To access the villa, enter through the electric gate and drive or walk down through the pine forest.

Guest Access
Guests will access the villa from the entrance to the Bio Resort Parco dei Cimini agritourism property. Walk through a pine forest, and you’ll find it immediately on your left; turn there, and you’ll see an electric gate at the end. Ring the bell, and Simona will open the gate and escort you to the rented portion of the villa.
Exclusive access to the outdoor areas is guaranteed for the 250-square-meter rented floor of the villa, which consists of: an 80-square-meter living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, a double bedroom with the option to add a crib upon request, another bathroom with a shower, a home theater area with a projector, a fitness area with a Tecnogym Tapirulan, an outdoor area with a table and chairs, four lounge chairs, a hammock, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table.
The tree-lined avenues of Parco dei Cimini lead directly to the gardens and the pool at Agriturismo Parco dei Cimini.
