The condo was outstanding! It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Being just a 30-second walk from the lakefront, we enjoyed breakfast out there on the first day so much that we lingered for 3 hours!Communication with the management was excellent. When an issue arose with the oven, management had it fixed immediately. When we couldn't figure out how to close the sofa bed (seriously!), management sent someone to close it for us!Parking was onsite and the location was central to everything we needed, including restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.I highly recommend this condo for a stay at Lake Tahoe.

My wife and I stayed in the Sweetbriar Garden Suite in King's Beach for several days at the end of August and we both were disappointed. The beach was amazing however.
This particular unit is located at an intersection of two highways with a traffic signal. The vehicle and truck noise was horrendous. Without air conditioning, it was too hot to sleep with the bedroom window closed, so with the traffic noise, we had next to no sleep during our stay. The bed itself was no help as it was super uncomfortable.
Towards the end our stay, the weather turned bad so we left a day early. If any of the furniture in the unit had been comfortable, we would have stayed and watched movies or read a book. Unfortunately, that was not the case as the sofa, chairs, barstools, etc. were uncomfortable. The patio chairs were comfy! We will not be returning….
