Grand, classical Sevillan town-house of exceptional quality and size (600sqm), comprising 6 bedrooms (5 double rooms + 1 quadruple room), 5 bathrooms, living room and a summer patio. Located in the historic centre of Seville, next to the Museum of Fine Arts, and just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area. Suitable for up to 14 guests.
The house has been lovingly restored to a superior standard using traditional materials and techniques such as hand-crafted doors in wood, artisan ceramic tiles, and wrought-ironwork. Other notable features include exposed beams, flooring sourced from an old convent and the 18th century solid mahogany front door. Antique furniture and decoration sit side by side with modern touches.
The house is of traditional Sevillian architecture and has a zaguan - tiled entrance with a wrought-iron gate - and a central patio that keeps the ground floor cool during peak summer heat. The patio has a confortable seating area and a fountain with plants.
On the first floor there is a large living room. Smart TV and high speed fibre optic internet connection are included. The kitchen is well-equipped and in the same style as the rest of the house - the traditional punctuated by the modern - exposed beams and wood cabinets sit side-by-side with the modern dining table and chairs.
The six bedrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise five double rooms and a quadruple room. Total guests: 14 maximum

Bedroom 2 (2 guests): double bed of 160 x 200 cm - U.S. Queen size
Bedroom 3 (2 guests): double bed of 160 x 200 cm - U.S. Queen size
Bedroom 4 (4 guests): 2x double beds of 150 x 200 cm
Bedroom 5 (2 guests): twin beds of 90 x 200 cm
Bedroom 6 (2 guests): twin beds of 90 x 200 cm
Likewise there are bathrooms on all the floors, with 3 en-suites and 2 family bathrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor also includes a seating area and a kitchenette.
The house has two outdoor areas - a patio on the ground floor and a small terrace on the second floor.
OBSERVATIONS
- The quadruple room is a single, large open-plan room featuring two double beds. Please note there is no separating wall or door between the sleeping areas.
- The use of the fireplace and gas stove is not allowed for safety reasons. The kitchen has a separate ceramic hob for cooking.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. Generally speaking we had all we needed to cook for our group. We loved our bed (firmish). All the administrative details were handled professionally, promptly, and conveniently. The location was great; sometimes we walked to the Cathedral area (dinner), others we took an Uber (Alcazar, because “museum feet” haha). Easy walk to Triana. Stores and restaurants convenient. As noted by others, a fuse can flip in the area of the kitchen and one guest room but we knew to ask about it and were able to easily reset it. It’s an old building— the charm of it is why you’re there! We experienced one minor plumbing problem (#oldbuilding) but it was immediately addressed in a completely satisfactory manner. Would gladly do business with them again.

I didn’t meet the host my flight arrived later he met with my sister, lovely large house with many quirky features but slightly cold so we had the heating on quite a bit but a wonderful place for our large family would highly recommend

We booked this mansion for a big family gathering. It was an amazing experience to stay in an authentic Seville town house that felt like a family home. The bedrooms were all spacious with their own bathrooms. And the living room was perfect for gathering everyone together. The house also has a lovely shady terrace on one floor and a roof terrace with a big table for dining under the stars. We also appreciated the location in an old quarter that is outside the very busy tourist area. It’s close to the Fine Art Museum, a very good ice cream shop and El Corte Ingles where you can pick up food.
