HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
• Please note that daily maid service is not included when renting direct through VRBO. The check-out cleaning fee included in your payment to VRBO covers cleaning / re-stocking the condo after your stay. This is generally sufficient for the typical 3 - 4 day stay.
• For minimum stays of 7 days or more a mid-stay cleaning is performed at the OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date.

Our unit has a large refrigerator with freezer top, a Keurig coffee machine, beach chairs and an umbrella. I have also included wine bottle opener, knives, cutting board etc. for your enjoyment.
ARE THERE BEACH TOWELS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH?
Yes. Your stay includes free towels, which you can use at the pools or to take to the local beaches. However, you will be assessed a $35 fee by the owner if you do not return the towels to the unit.

The pools were fun for the kids and not crowded. The host responded promptly. Would recommend this property!

The room was clean and had so much to offer to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable from snorkels and towels and all beach gear to a fridge and microwave and some amenities. The shower could have worked better and toiletries could have been provided, as well as coffee and water filter pitcher. Throwing out the trash was hard to find. And being able to communicate to check out late was impossible. Otherwise….it was a perfect place!

Too family friendly for me. Inconvenient due to having to take elevator to 3rd floor after check in, then another elevator downstairs, as well as having to walk through one building to get to the building that I was in.No coffee - should have at least complimentary coffee at the reception area at all times.Since was VRBO, property management was very inconsistent with their information - first, when asking for late checkout, was told there would be a 25 per hour charge. Then when later asked for 2:00PM checkout, was told they have nothing to do with the check out and I needed to contact the owner. Beautiful location though. I think the Outrigger is still trying to recover from Hurricane Aniki, so it a bit "tired" though the facilities are lovely.
