So close to the beach that you can hear the waves at night - just a short 200-metre walk. Cosy, comfortable bach with some modern touches. It has everything you need for a great holiday, just relax and put your feet up!

Sunny 3-bedroom house with a separate garage-games room, which has a set of bunks. It is on a rear section so is quiet and safe. There is room to park a boat on the section.

A spacious covered, sheltered outdoor area for entertaining - with a bbq and outdoor table - opens off the main living area onto a paved courtyard.

It is a 2 minute walk to the beach - either main beach access number 11 (approx 240m) or access 13 on the estuary side (approx 200m) ... the best of both worlds. Island View Reserve is just 200m away which has a great playground for kids, and Williamson Park/Surf Club is a short 10 min walk.

Lots of indoor and outdoor games to play, table tennis table and bikes.

Has a Sky dish so just bring your decoder and plug it in.
We have wifi!
