A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Built in 2006, this wonderful house design was created for families and friends to spend quality time together. Kitchen refresh prior to start of 2022 season. It has an inverted floor plan--the kitchen, dining area and main living area are on the top floor, allowing for the best ocean views of Holden Beach, as well as incredible views of the marsh and ICW. Enjoy Smart Home entry system.
Beach Access - Walk directly across the street from POM Breeze and you will find yourself on Holden Beach. You won't believe how close it is!
House Access - An elevator allows access to all levels of the home. It is handicapped accessible and saves with loading and unloading vehicles. Both living levels are wheelchair and stroller accessible with wide hallways. There are 4 easy walk-in showers and 2 bathtubs. Wi-Fi is throughout home.
Living Areas - The upper living area has a TV, DVD player and lots of space. The views of the ocean are spectacular from the front of the home; the views of the marsh and ICW are also enjoyable from the back of the home. There are games and puzzles to enjoy. The lower living area is a great place to hang, offering a TV and DVD player. Again, enjoy the views of the ocean and the marsh from this level, as well.
Both living areas, front and rear decks and pool area have audio sound system. The lower level sectional is also a queen-size sleeper.
Kitchen/Dining - This well-equipped kitchen is high-end, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have stocked it with everything we have needed when renting beach homes. We believe our kitchen will allow you to be able to cook for your entire crew. The dining table seats 8, 6 barstools are around the kitchen island. A pantry off the kitchen provides extra storage.
Pool & Hot Tub - After a great day at the beach, enjoy some time around the pool or in the hot tub. It is lovely in the evening! Pool is half in the shade; great place to cool off from the beach.
Bedrooms - Four of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a shared bathroom off of the kitchen. There is a half bath on the lower level.
Cleaning - The house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. In addition, every bed is fully protected with a sealed mattress protector, ensuring you will have a good night's sleep.
Minimum stay - Mid May through Mid September, the minimum stay is 7 days with the change over day being Saturday. Mid September through Mid May, the minimum stay is 3 days.
We want you to have a wonderful time together. We care about you and your family and want to ensure our customers are happy with their vacation and the time they spend at POM Breeze on Holden Beach. We hope you will want to come back to stay year after year.

Beautiful home, excellent location. We enjoyed watching the birds in the marsh out back and the ocean waves from the front porch. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. The kids lived the pool!!

This is a lovely home with plenty of room for couples or families with children. Most of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which is a game changer. The recently updated kitchen offers Bosch and Kitchen Aid appliances along with plenty of bar and table seating. The home offers a partial front ocean view but the best view is out back in the marsh. We saw Egrets, Cranes, diving ducks, a doe and her fawn! Watching the changing tides back there is serene and peaceful. There are several decks in the back and front of the home with lots of seating. The plunge pool and adjacent hot tub were perfect for after beach dunks for the kids, and peaceful relaxation for adults in the evenings. Our host was incredibly responsive and offered helpful suggestions. I would stay at this property again.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with quick beach access. The in ground pool was smaller than expected, however the smaller children enjoyed the water and the experience. It was pleasant to find pool "toys" on site. Traveling with family for week's vacation with ALL the necessities plus beach and pool equipment is very challenging Thanks for use of your property for our memorable family beach vacation.
