- 4 bathrooms & 3 walk-in shower.
- Washing machine and dishwasher are included.
- Linen and towels are included.
- Free parking available at the property.
Local attractions and activities:
- Wicksteed Park (10 minutes driving).
- Barton Seagrave (10 minutes driving).
- Manor House Museum (10 minutes driving).
- Lighthouse Theatre (10 minutes driving).
- Stanwick Lakes (20 minutes driving).
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3PM & Check-out time is 11AM.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are allowed at the property. The Property is situated in a very quiet place, there won’t be any loud music allowed or any noise which may impact the neighbours.
Please Park either in front of the Garage, or at the side of the Property, as parking at the front part of the property tends to blocks the neighbours.

My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area.
