The Pinellas Trail is located across the street, great for walking, biking etc. Conveintely located a few miles to Main St. Downtown and waterfront park and marina. Close to bike rentals for the trail, tons of restaurants and shops, close to Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island.
The property is located 3 mi "Honeymoon Island Beach", 0 mi golf course "Dunedin Stirling Links", 3 mi city "Downtown Dunedin", 1 mi supermarket "Publix", 24 mi amusement park / theme park "Busch Gardens", 0 mi , 20 mi "Tampa International".
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet, hair dryer, central heating, air-conditioned, open-air parking in the same building, Tv.
The open plan kitchen, electric, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.

Condo was very clean. Parking was adequate and had a laundry room. It’s a great place with no extras but amazing walking close by. Would recommend and would stay again.

i was happy with the home. nicely decorated, clean, had everything i needed. very close to downtown dunedin, honeymoon island was an easy drive too. balcony was nice to sit out on too. the in unit laundry machine and dryer was huge too

The apartment was almost perfect. Everything was there, from a fully equipped kitchen to a vacuum cleaner and iron and even beach towels. The location is also perfect. Honeymoon Beach is just a few minutes away. Publix and Walgreens are only two minutes away. What is unusual for us Germans, however, is the construction of the houses. The walls are made of "paper." This means that when guests are busy in the other apartments, you can hear every single word and movement. We even heard the snoring of a guest next door. Unfortunately, the traffic on Alt 19 is also noticeably audible. What was most annoying, however, was the AC unit in the middle of the apartment! It is extremely loud, making a restful night impossible.
