Had an awesome stay!

Host was responsive to our questions. The location is great, and met our needs perfectly for what we planned. The town home is a unit in a large complex in Stowe VT. It was well-stocked with a full kitchen, including foil, plastic wrap, and spices for cooking and storage. (Be advised that while there is hand soap in the bathrooms, there are no shower supplies, so you need to have your own including soap.) the amenities connected to the main building (several buildings away) were not operating, so no hot tub, no pool, and no rec facilities. This was disappointing after our great ski days. We got the feeling that this is an ongoing maintenance issue, so the owner should follow up with Village Green management.

The location was great

The host could have been more responsive. First of all I had to contact VBRO to get our entry code, which I had been told would arrive 24 hours in advance. Some things in that were listed in the folder where not available as described. When I tried to use the hairdryer, and it didn't work, he did not offer to replace it or reimburse me when my husband went out a bought a new one. The unit was furnished with basic necessities, but need more teaspoons, and other kitchen dishes and tools. The beds were fine, the pillows were terrible. We will not stay there again unless it has major improvements.
